PRINTING METHODS

We use 3 methods when printing on our goods which are sublimation, vinyl transfer and heat transfer. Each has a use with different fabrics and substrates.

 

SUBLIMATION PRINT

​

Sublimation printing (sometimes called all-over print (AOP) is a unique process that uses high heat and pressure to transfer your design from sublimation paper directly onto your chosen product (material or fabric). The combination of pressure and heat embeds your artwork for long-lasting and vibrant results.

​

VINYL CUTTING

​

Vinyl cutting is the process of cutting vinyl to create custom designs. Vinyl can be cut in different shapes and sizes, then applied to cars, windows, electronics cases, or just about anything else!

Heat is used to form vinyl into the shape of what you want to cut, and then a vinyl cutter “carves” away at the vinyl until it has the desired result. This technique is used to create custom cut vinyl decals and vinyl stencils for other purposes.

When used for displays or signs, vinyl has an adhesive backing that, when applied to surfaces like walls or windows, creates an easily cleanable protective shield over whatever lies underneath.

HEAT TRANFER

​

Heat transfer printing is a method used to apply designs onto various surfaces, primarily textiles like t-shirts, bags, and hats. It involves transferring a design from a carrier sheet or paper onto the target surface using heat and pressure.

ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can pay securely through PayPal or directly with a credit or debit card on our site, you have the option to use either payment source at checkout.

For larger orders, you can also pay via bank transfer or cash on collection if you are coming to us.

RETURNS POLICY

​

Non-personalised items purchased through BLUC-Graphics.com can be returned within 14 days of receipt, or 14 days after Christmas.

To return an item please contact our customer service team, you will need to include your email order confirmation and the reason for your return in the email.

Refunds are made onto your card, not in cash. PayPal payments are refunded to your payment card or source of payment.

The items must be returned in the original condition and packaging with any security seals intact

• Repackage the products securely and send them to the address in our contact section

• Include the reason for the return, a copy of your email order confirmation and your email address or telephone number.

Request a refund within 14 working days after the item is delivered. Return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Keep any warranty information.

​

If you are sending something back because it's faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part, we'll refund your postage costs to the card you paid with.

​

You cannot return an order for:​

• Products made to your specification i.e. personalised

• Items that have been worn (if clothing) or used (if mugs, phone cases etc).

• Items that are past our 14 day cut off period

​

Unless the product is incorrect, faulty or defective, then an exchange is always available if the fault is our fault. Broken or damaged items are STRICTLY non-refundable.​
